"The house is very well maintained, the pool and hot tub were very clean and and fun for the family. Lots of chairs for the pool. Located on a quiet channel of the lake - no noisy boats coming through. Use of the paddle boat and the kayaks are a really fun addition. Host is very communicative. We left a watch on accident and she was helpful in getting it back. Check out/cleaning directions were very reasonable. There was a really nice fire pit (we didn’t use it due to rain) that would be perfect...

After seeing some of the neutral to negative reviews I was somewhat skeptical but at this price point, this place is really hard to beat. Yes the property is not directly on the lake- and those complaining of that, it's clearly described in the details. There is a view of the lake across the street. "Stayed here for our wedding night! Loved the secluded place to relax after a busy day and waking up to the view of the water was so amazing! Bed was also very comfy and communication with Carlos was so great. Would recommend!!!"
