"The tree house was very nice. The only draw back and it was not insignificant, was the 56 steep steps are o get up to the tree top! Guess I never saw that in the description. We managed but it was difficult for a couple of senior citizens with WAY too much luggage. Lol. We thought it might be nice if you included a hand cart or a stair climber cart to help bring things up. But other than that it was a wonderful. "The property is neat and clean. My second fall stay hiking, fly fishing and riding my motorcycle through out the scenic passes and off road trails. The property host David is more than helpfull and a pleasure to visit with. At the beginning of the 550 million dollar scenic hiway, i recomend this stay for family or solo travels. The local residents are very nice and helpfull. Allot of beautifull sights to see and the Aspen in the fall are golden."

"We had a wonderful time at the house with 19 people. As other reviews stated the kitchen is well stocked, but we wish there had been an electric griddle for pancakes. There was a plethora of games, movies, yard toys, books, puzzles, and anything you would want to do. There was new carpet in all the bedrooms which was very nice and plenty of beds and bedding for our whole group. We had some little ones in our group so we stuck around the house quite a bit. All the grandkids loved the hot tub...
