"Property was in a excellent location, super spacious, very close to Falls Park, right across the street from Fleur Field, and convenient to dozens and dozens of shops and restaurants. Check in was very straightforward! I got the distinct impression that previous guest's confusion resulted in more 'spelled-out' instructions, especially for parking. "After I saw no nice reviews. I would like to say that my experience was opposite. Very safe, clean, apartments in super good condition, nice people around, close to everywhere. 9 minutes from downtown. Security at night. I parked my car and nothing happened. We came late and we felt secure. Great illumination inside and outside the building. Pictures showed are real. Anyway! Considering they’re not finished yet the construction is very nice property. And if someone in your group can not walk...

"We did a quick getaway for fall break. The home is lovely and included all the comforts of home including spices, snacks and toiletry items. It is tastefully decorated with outdoor space to relax. Proximity to town was appreciated! I would definitely stay here again! "

"The house sits on a nice size of property. It was great to walk out dog in the woods in back up to the unused basebAll diamond. The only strange thing is that there are no shades/blinds in any of the windows in the family room or kitchen. Nice house and we would stay again. "

Being located in the heart of the historic district put us within walking distance of everything including fabulous restaurants, cafes, Reedy Park and walking/biking trails. "Property was very nice. Clean and new. Good amenities and furniture. Overall very pleasant and nice. Our groups only complaints were of minor things: there was no extra disposable products like paper towels and garbage bags, and very limited toilet paper. I feel like for a quality property like this, which costs what it does, it's reasonable to expect extras of this kind of thing.Again otherwise it was perfectly good. And overall a 9/10"

"Houses around it are in rough shape but inside this house was very charming and just steps from an amazing park and downtown. Highly recommended "

"The check in process was very straightforward and simple. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit was bright and plenty large for us. The location is outstanding, close to parks, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to everything we needed. We went to the Clemson football game Saturday and it was a simple 45 minute ride each way with traffic. I would definitely rent this property again "
