It was very clean and stocked with all the necessities. It was walking distance to 2nd street where we dined out and visited all the cute shops. We can’t wait to go back!"

"I had the BEST stay in Cedar Key at your Condo! The views of Cedar Key were AMAZING! There were many chairs beautifully designed with tables on the balcony to offer us different seating arrangements. Inside the condo it offered all the amenities of your own and made you feel comfortable from the second you opened the door! I Loved staying here and look forward to coming back! Thank you kindly!"

"My husband and I flew in on a small plane for my birthday getaway. There were golf carts waiting by the airport for us to get around on the island. A flight following service had lost contact with us so the police showed up to make sure we were okay. How nice! It was easy to find our cottage and we couldn’t have been more pleased! "Great location our event, near grocery, gas, restaurants, coffee shops and near the express way. Lots of space and very helpful to have the washer and dryer in your unit! John was terrific and very helpful making sure we had all we needed. You can’t go wrong with this Property. "

"Each January we travel to Crystal River with a group of 14 women to swim with the Florida manatees. Its a high energy week and finding the right place to " call home" is really important. The waterfront house on Watersedge Dr is absolutely perfect for large groups. The shared living space is ideal for a group with plenty of comfy chairs and couches with a huge TV set. "This property has so much to offer and it is in such an aswesome location. The owner reached out and was so friendly with so many recommendations. Check in was a breeze- the house is super well stocked with everything you will possibly need. Such a fun place to stay to enjoy the rainbow river and surrounding area. We highly reccomned it!!"
