"NOVASOL are horrible to work with. If you attempt to contact them via VRBO messaging, they will ignore your messages for months at a time. They will refuse to rent bed linens and towels to you, even though they don't provide them. They will also accuse you of 'not contacting them immediately' with issues, even though their internal booking system lists an out of date phone number and does not list their hours of operation for the chat system. "Erstmal das positive: Ruhige Lage und Strandnähe sind super! Auf der Terrasse (mit Meerblick!) war ein großes Loch und die Möbel waren alt und ungepflegt. Leider waren im Wohnraum nur 1 Glühbirne verfügbar, bei 4 Lampen. Katastrophal fand ich ehrlicherweise die Kissen. Widerlich vergilbt. Küche ok. "Das Haus liegt wunderschön fast direkt am Meer. Leider hatte der Eigentümer die alte Wohnzimmercouch und Sesseln auf der Terrasse gelagert, wo sie im Regen vor sich hin schimmelte. Das sah aus wie auf der Sperrmülldeponie. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer leckte. Aber im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert."
