"We stayed Fri- Sun visiting family. The beds are comfortable and we were happy they had a coffee maker with pods ready to use. And some snacks in the kitchen as well. We didn’t cook there but the kitchen was clean. The bedrooms still had the window AC units in them (December) so it was chilly at night. We had extra blankets so it was fine. The owners were very responsive."

"Unique location. Allowed us to walk the town and even walked the campus. Enjoyed our time in the town and on Lake Mozingo."

"Everything was as described. Beds were very comfortable. Super convenient having restrooms located next to bedroom.Tons of parking. Top of my list if we ever make it back to Maryville"
