"The manager made a mistake. He owned it and gave us a better place. The parking could have been better. It served our purposes well. It was quiet and private. My husband fished every morning. Our first choice would not have been as nice."

I rate this with a 3 because I felt like there were several things that desperately need updated. The faucets in the bathroom were heavily rusted and leaking. "The house was well suited for our reunion of ODU college roommates. It is a quick drive to ODU and there are restaurants and a grocery store close by. Cheree was very responsive in answering questions and providing assistance. "

"This was a great little place right on the water of the bay. At low tide we had a private tiny beach. It was in a great location and although it was in a very bisy area, it felt secluded. Everything we needed was there at yhe boathouse. It was clean and bright. The host was friendly and responsive immediately. He gave precise directions and we found the place easily in the dark. "Kim was there for any questions we had, and the home was super cute. We had a good time. The only thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper, there is plenty of traffic noise, as it is on a busy street. No complaints than that. "
