"I have to say, upon our boat leaving the island, me and my boyfriend started to miss this place. All the staff are super thoughtful and warm to us during our stay. They always say hi or good morning, good afternoon as long as we have eye contact. They gently serve us without bothering us (quietly put beach towel next to us and not to interrupted our swimming, friendly asked us to have lunch or dinner or not.) "Stayed three nights. Wifi never even once worked during our stay. The staff was polite but nothing really worked like it should and even ordering a couple of beers was sometimes too much to get right the first time. Luckily there is a great restaurant adjacent, Ann & Mike that has great food and excellent staff. Anyone staying at pierhouse I would recommend outsourcing all your dining and drinking needs to Ann & Mike, even the prices were considerable lower there."
