"Lovely hotel just outside town and in a great location convenient for an early morning trip to Tigers Nest. Surrounding area is lovely. Beautiful mountains. Hotel has a very pretty garden to sit in and to relax after your climb to the monastery! Staff are charming. Room that we had was large, clean. Good bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Restaurant good. Local, Indian, Chinese food and French fries which were great. Would certainly recommend!! "

"The stay was so amazing, connected to nature.calm and serene. Listening to sound and enjoying the beauty of of river Pachu flowing near by, Paddy fields, mountains and valleys. "It’s ok for the price, but I don’t think I would stay there again. Breakfast is fine. Room had two broken plugs, didn’t solve the issue even though we had the only room occupied in the whole hotel. One day they didn’t make the room, no explanation given. I needed a taxi and the manager offered us a ride in his private car for double price. Crazy. Location is superb. "

"We only stayed for one night, the lodge was newly renovated, very beautiful, but the facilities were incomplete. The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. She woke up early to bid farewell and helped me with luggage, which I appreciated. "

"A unique setting in the mountains with wonderful views. The deluxe rooms offered a lot of privacy. Excellent service. Since the resort is out of town, the best place for dinners is at their expensive hotel restaurant."

"Central in Paro.Paro is smaller than Thimbu and acording my oppinion more worth visiting. Depending of time of visit you may need varm clouth because nighttime it can be below 0 degrees celsius. It is amzing there still is a people not destroid by civilisation.They are genuin friendly and you will not see "white trash" in Bhutan.The fee 100 USD per night is used for free school and healthcare for the local people. I visited Bhutan first time 20 years ago and it is still the same-the new is...
