"We are very happy with our home away from home while vacationing in Dominica. Leonard was very responsive from the questions we had before we booked until the end of our stay. He helped with taxi arrangements from the airport to recommending a car rental service. "What a great experience! We loved the open living plan with its outdoor shower, the kitchen over looking the valley, the gardens, all the wild life, and I could go on and on! "Burkey's place is beautiful, well stocked and relaxing! We went with two young kids, and we enjoyed the ability to wash our clothes and make dinner, while still being in a unique Jungle setting. Would definitely recommend, especially to a couple or two couples traveling together. "

"There are not enough words to describe the beautiful house and the wonderful host and property manager. They were absolutely beyond wonderful. The home is exactly as pictured BEAUTIFUL the view is BEYOND beautiful, We couldn't have asked for nicer people to work with. The house is nestled between beautiful mountains with a spectacular view. "Me and my family stayed at VIP residence for 2 nights, it is located in a very good spot, a 10 mins walk to Roseau. The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfortable for our family. It came with an equiped kitchen and the basic things you may need. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommmend. "

"Nous avons sejourne 34 jours chez sharon et chris du 3 dec 2023 au 6 jan 2024. Le logement etait propre et fonctionel. Ce logement tres bien situe est a 10 minutes de marche du centre ville de roseau. Nous avons vraiment apprecier nos hotes car en plus de nous offrir le transport au port a l arrivee et au depart, ils repondaient a toutes nos questions et nous informaient des activites. En plus, ils nous ont inviter a partager leurs repas a noel et au jour de l an. Vraiment un couple merveilleux....

"La location est bien située, ds un cadre agréable, mais elle est mal entretenue, extérieurs mal aménagés, circuit électrique défectueux, intérieur défraîchi, voiture épave ds le bas de la maison. La moitié des lampes ne fonctionne pas, pas d’eau chaude à l’évier et au lavabo. Accueillis par la femme de ménage qui a fait tout son possible pour nous être agréable. Je ne recommande pas cette location."

"There was a little snafu when we checked in, as they weren't aware we'd made a booking, but the host was able to quickly got the place ready for us once we got in touch. The apartment is no frills, but it is spacious and has pretty much anything you need for self catering. It's in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient (with a car) to both Roseau and local attractions such as Titou Gorge, Wotten Waven hot springs, Trafalgar Falls, and local adventure companies. We had a great time!"

"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...
