"Overall is good ! But the water pressure so weak. It need to take more time for bathing. Room cleaning is really only make up the room not all the house. Things put on the kitchen, table ..... still put on the same place, haven't washed."

"전통적인 료칸은 아니지만 깔끔하고 조용합니다. 현대적인 외관과 전통 양식이 혼합된 느낌입니다. 제가 선택한 전망에서는 창문을 열어두면 물소리가 들려 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 서비스 또한 훌륭합니다. 방에도 넓은 욕조가 있어 아이와 함께 이용하기 좋았습니다. 대욕탕에서 피로를 풀기도 좋았습니다. 여름이라 외부 탕은 벌레가 좀 있었지만 내부에도 탕이 있어 이용하는데 문제는 없습니다. 대욕탕은 현대적인 목욕탕 느낌입니다. 넓은 침대 두 개와 바닥에서 잘 수 있는 방이 추가로 있었습니다. 체크인 할 때는 택시로 이동했지만 돌아갈 때는 직원이 송영 버스를 이용할 수 있도록 도와줬습니다. 10:30, 11:10 두 번 이용할 수 있었고 오타루역 또는 오타루 칫코 역 까지 이용 가능하였습니다."

"We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with two adults and two small children. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. It's just a short walk up the hill to .base, and even closer to the family...

"The chalet is very spacious, bright, well maintained and fully equipped like a real home. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer. I am a light sleeper and I would be awakened whenever the room began to turn brighter and ended up with insufficient sleep."
