"This was my second 2-week stay at The Urban Hotel. I can tell you that, as someone who grew up in the UK and now lives in the US, this hotel makes the best chips I have ever had! The tea is decent. "Comfortable stay. Food was not the best but it was OK. Breakfast was good. Kettle in the room did not work and there was no sugar for morning coffee but these are small things. I have been visiting Sherbourne since 2005 and it's always comfortable. "
