"El complejo está genial, y nuestro alojamiento, casa del lago estaba muy bien, tenía unas vistas estupendas, pero la cama era horrible, muy muy incómoda y hacía mucho ruido, es hora de cambiarla. La recepción regular , incomprensible que haya tantas personas y ninguna hable nada de español, explicaciones de los servicios las justas por no decir casi ninguna. Las comidas muy bien, sobre todo el desayuno y la cena, el buffet de la comida muy escaso."

"Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten. Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. "I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "

"Property location is very close to gondola, a five minute slow walk. Communication and responsiveness of property manager was excellent and extremely accommodating regarding early check in and late check out. Good WiFi. Sauna and pool were a great addition to our stay. Kitchen could do with more tea mugs & glasses and some better lighting. We cooked in the apartment quite a bit and found some of the pots were in need of a deeper clean but nothing major. Overall great stay and would recommend!...
