"Near the airport. Very clean and spacious. Staff members are kind. WiFi was Ok. Sometimes it wont work but they have several you can switch. Water heater needs to improve. We are used to cold water but Cusco is very very cold. And hot water would be nice. "

"El servicio fue muy malo, en todo momento teniamos q llamar a recepción para q suban toallas, jabon, laven el servicio, limpien los baños. La atención y el trato en general fue muy pero muy malo. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie. La propiedad es muy fria, helada diría yo y solo te dan 2 calentadores q no calientan nada. El administrador fue malcriado y hasta me maltrato verbalmente porque le reclame q no dan el desayuno y nos dijo q deberiamos pagar $5 por cada desayuno y por cada persona y en...

"The apartment was great - I did use the heater as it was cool in the evenings. The hot water worked well when following the host’s instructions and the wifi was great. There was some construction going on the last few days that was loud but not under the control of the host. Chiara was responsive to questions and helpful with checkin and getting a taxi from the airport. I would definitely stay here again! "

"This property's listing is pretty true to what is rented. Full access to the kitchen and the garden. We had a few issues, but once we let the property manager Dafne know, it was fixed right away. She was very responsive to our needs. This is close enough to Plaza de Armas to walk, but off a quiet street near cafes and markets.Highly recommended and will stay here again.needs"

"with 4 king sized beds, the house fits many people! we only stayed two nights, but lalo the driver showed us around for three full days, ate dinner at the property, and the garden offered plenty of places to hang out and look at the trout and cows across the creek. we kept warm by a fireplace fed by plenty of firewood at night, and listened to music. there was a tv, which i think we turned on once for our 4 year old daughter. thanks for a great stay!"

"We had 7 people each with own bedroom and bath which was great. Nothing fancy but well worth the price for 2 nights to acclimate before 4 day hike. Great location close to plaza, lots of great restaurants around. Place was cold. There was a heater that didn’t work so they brought another. Large space heater didn’t get warm upstairs. Water pressure a problem, make sure you understand the water situation before showering! But management very attentive and there to help and answer questions."
