"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

"We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. "The upstairs bedroom ceiling was very low. Anyone over 5'7" could hit their head and there was no a/c or tv.there. Backyard was very nice. Community was nice but pool was not free. I would not rent here again."
