"This is super convenient to both Bangor and Orono. This large 2 bedroom apartment is above a 3 bay garage so you don’t have to tiptoe. It is thoughfullydesigned so you have everything your need for either short or very long stays including a large bathroom with a washer and dryer. The beds are extremely comfortable and the sectional couch is a relaxing place to wind down. Very easy entry and great communication with the host. A great bargain!"

"Great location just outside of town. Property owner is super easy to contact and very kind. Very clean and calming place to stay. Nice back deck and picnic table by the river with plenty of room to roam in a wall kept lot. As other reviews have mentioned, I can see the issue if you have trouble with steep stairs to the bedroom, but the design of a cabin is no reason to knock down a rating, If you need handicap accessible, look for something that says it’s handicap accessible. "

"The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The view of the lake was wonderful morning, noon and night. We appreciated the available kayaks. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. The only negative comment we have is that the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, especially in the shower. We will stay here agaIn!"

"Came to Maine to run a marathon. We were lucky enough to find this residence instead of a hotel. I’m glad that we did. It’s a charming cabin that is very pet friendly if you bring a pet. Chilling out on the dock and listening to the loons while boaters cruise by was very relaxing. The owner is very available and easy to communicate with. If there was any one thing that needed additional attention, it would be the cleaning. The person who does the cleaning probably needs one of those Swiffers...

"My family and I spent a week at this property and absolutely loved it! The house has everything and more that you would need. The water is crystal clear and great for swimming and kayaking! We had 4 little ones with us 3 and under and they could not of had a better time! "

"Our stay at the Schoodic Lake cabin was absolutely fantastic! The cabin is a real gem—cozy, comfortable, and beautifully situated right by the lake in a very private corner of the shore drive. "The view of the lake as the sun rises is stunning. We absolutely loved our stay at the lake house. It is so quiet and peaceful. The listing is very accurate and Stephen the manager is great to work with and if you have any questions he gets back to you very quickly. We spent a week exploring Maine and used this as our home base and it was as beautiful as everything else in the state."

"Communication with Travis was great. He was accommodating which was very much appreciated. The home did have a musty animal odor to it, which may have been due to the basement, there was a dehumidifier which was full. In the left downstairs bedroom the mattress protector has blood on it. The sheets were clean, but the mattress protector was dirty. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Other than the odor and the mattress protector issue, we would stay here again. Very safe area."
