"Cuando hicimos la reserva pedimos una habitación con bañera y mencionamos que tuvimos nuestro aniversario. Al llegar nos dieron una habitación sin bañera y ya no era posible cambiar porque el hotel estaba completo...El día siguiente el encargado nos ofreció una noche extra, pero era imposible quedarnos ése día.
