"We loved the beach cottage near the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions, and we had great weather especially for January. The location was good as it was close to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. We'll stay here again if we're in the area!"

"My family and I celebrated my birthday by spending time at Sunset beach. The home is in a great location with stunning views and has many amenities including a nice hot tub. My granddaughter loved staying with her parents and having a bed above them.We struggled a bit to warm up the home, especially one of the bedrooms that has no heater. The owner provides lots of blankets to remedy this somewhat.Overall we had a fun weekend and enjoyed staying in this beach home."

"Very clean and nice property. Perfect for our honeymoon as the location was quiet and peaceful. You can hear and see the ocean from the property. Pans, cutlery, coffee maker, and toaster allowed us to make a wonderful breakfast each morning. Wonderful stay and would definitely come again!"

"This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this comfortable, nice home on the beach!"

"The view - stupendous. This home has all you need to feel at home while on vacation. Kitchen very well stocked and beds super comfortable. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, etc. We were three senior couples and enjoyed all but one meal at the house. You don’t want to leave. The owner’s response to questions were addressed immediately. Highly Recommend. "

"Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to everything. Great attention to detail in the unit. Nicely decorated. The shower, was amazing. Water pressure was excellent. The shower is located in the hallway so you don’t have to disturb anyone in the bedrooms. Parking for two cars was a bonus, since there is plenty of people checking out the pier which made parking limited. We can’t wait to stay there again. "

"It was so fun for all . Lots of places to cluster together and visit. The issue with the heat down stairs was resolved quickly with the fire wood and it worked fine ."

"Our large family group enjoyed the setup of the house. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the beach. We enjoyed the outside activities of volleyball, walks on the beach and outside seating and grill. The house needs to update the kitchen appliances and mattresses (very hard)."

"Stated during the holidays with a family of six. Great views, comfortable beds, perfectly located in second row at Pajaro Dunes. Definitely will stay again!"
