"Neil was great and very helpful. Place was very nice. Fully equipped kitchen. We were able to have family dinners a few nights. Beds very comfortable. I Bought laundry detergent and washed towels and clothes while we where there. No dirty clothes to take home :) Beautiful views and the beach was within steps from our front door. I would rent a car because taxis can get very pricey."

"This remote, beachfront hotel is great if you want solitude and peace and quiet. The beach itself is OK but there was a lot of debris. The apartment was clean, tidy, but not well equipped for everyday cooking. We had to buy quite a lot of kitchen equipment. Neil and the staff were very helpful. Although there are 2 restaurants within walking distance they are not always open and you need to book in advance. I would recommend a car, if staying here, so that you can shop for supplies and explore...

"The communication and check in were smooth. Location is alright, 10min walk from the beach, which offers good privacy. Nice touches with sun cream, towels and some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, coffee, some cereals, and biscuits). The half-working grill let us cook some fresh fish. "I loved the property and how it was set up. A few tiny things niggled me. The jacuzzi bath didn't have a stopper so couldnt use it as a bath. The shower wasnt cleaned properly, there was hairs all over. No other plugs for international guests. Some of the lights didnt work."

"The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. As we like the local food and not the “posh” tourist restaurants. But that just us."

"We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. "Sarah’s cottage was exactly as she described. The gardens and pool were beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed listening to the tree frogs at night and seeing all the lizards and beautiful birds. Sarah’s dog Honey was adorable, and Sarah provided us with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We rented a car, and the cottage was convenient to all beaches..and a nice, relaxing place to come back to after exploring the island."
