"I called property management for more information on property and was told I did not have a reservation. I was unable to stay and had to book at another hotel. I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays."

"Appears to be under renovation. No one was at the counter upon arrival. Two phone numbers posted on the door to call for assistance. No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance. "Clean, very nice cabin, and Hot tub was fantastic. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Couch and chairs were also comfy. Fireplace was great. Good views. Nice to have game room as well. Host very responsive, friendly, and respectful. Good location as well. Close to attractions but far enough away for cabin like atmosphere. Would definitely stay again. "

"The cabin was absolutely beautiful and enough room to sleep an extended family. The location was a perfect scenic drive about 20 minutes to all major attractions including Gatlinberg and Dollywood. The hot tub was great and I appreciate that they completely empty and clean it between each guest. Pictures can not do the view from the patio justice "
