"Is it not a good place for more than one night. Don't choose this place. We stayed 6 nights, they didn't change the blankets once, they only changed the bath towels once. There's no privacity. They offer free breakfast. We took it for 2 days, until we saw how she prepares the juice. She squeezes oranges full of mold, we asked her why she does it like that and she said there is not problem, that it does not taste bad and she has always done it that way. "We enjoyed our rustic stay at Oceanview. Accommodations were just what we needed for this vacation. Visiting from Oahu, we wanted something away from city lights and this was perfect. The host was so nice and informational as we were notified when the volcano erupted so we were able to witnesss that spectacular event."

"We enjoyed our experience staying in the yurt! We had wanted to do this for a while, and when the opportunity presented itself, we jumped! The yurt was a great size for two people. It had a refrigerator and a microwave, and also a grill outside. There is electricity, but a different system of plumbing. "My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property. The hosts Kevin and Carol were outstanding. We felt pampered and relaxed. The pool and the view were beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We hated to leave."

"We loved our stay at the yurt. The host was very responsive and helpful. We did get a lot of wind and rain but that’s Hawaii for you. The yurts had everything we needed. The village had a grocery store and one of the best coffee shops in the area. It is rural so expect rooster calls and dogs barking. "

"Everything was clean and the host is very nice. They did give away my yurt that slept 4 and put me in one that slept 2. Considering I had 3 in my party, it was a bit inconvenient. But the host helped us with a blow up mattress."

"Absolutely loved staying here and Jacob and Morena are top notch hosts! We love to get out and about and they were able to suggest some really awesome places to visit. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Such a great vibe and we loved the sound of the frogs at night. If we're ever on the Big Island again we will definitely stay here. ☺️"

"We found Kabira and her thoughtfully furnished,clean, efficient apartment very welcoming. Truly a rural retreat and very quiet and relaxing. High up over the ocean!My need of a cane made things a bit challenging getting up a steep driveway and then steps but it was well worth the effort"

"We were looking to get away from the crowds, get a Hawaiian experience away from town. Dee's Farm did all this and got us a nice view of sunsets over the ocean. Prepare to be off grid, there are farm animals around. "
