"Very comfortable for 4 adult women. Kitchen was very well stocked making cooking easy. Lots of outdoor seating and very close to an outstanding beach. Location was perfect, close to grocery and very walkable. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and have already discussed possibly returning. "We had another wonderful visit to spanish wells. Weve always wanted to stay at one of Jodys properties and were very pleased with everything. Id say the only downside was the beds were a bit hard(stiff spring mattresses) I know its hard to source things in the islands, maybe a thicker mattress pad would help? Either way our stay was great, the property was well stocked, communication was spot on and the overall amenities were excellent. Thank you again! "

"We stayed at the property for 2 nights. The pictures were accurate as was the description. The host was extremely quick at answering any questions which is always greatly appreciated. The property could use a deep clean but the floors, bathroom and linens were all great. We appreciated the lawn chairs and extras that were available for us to use. "

"In the pictures of property, they show 3 beaches 1rock and 2 sandy. There was only the 1 rocky beach. The others were not far, but still haft to travel to them! We a checked in and found an empty container drinking water! When I called management, the didn’t return my call. Then I texted her hours later , she texted me back on where I could go get water myself! I am a VRBO owner and I would never allow someone to check in without basic necessities!"

The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers.
