"Nice location and good communication with property owner. Listing needs updating. Some information is inaccurate. The instructions about use of the TV have nothing to do with the remote controls provided. We were a party of 5, but the property sleeps 12. Oddly, there were only 2 plates and 2 forks in the house. Strange. Likewise, furniture needs to be replaced. The chairs and couch swallow you, as the armature is clearly broken down. That said, this is a decent place to stay if you want...

"Quiet neighbor. The only thing that we we would suggest is it to make sure the tv works. It was not connected to Wi-Fi. I finally got it on Roku but the remote would not respond. We got home late in the evenings 11pm. And left by 7-7:30 am so trying to get it to work or connect you late at night wasn’t an option for us. Overall cute, clean house. And we would love to come again when we return to St. Louis to visit our niece. Thank you."

"We had a great 4 night stay at this property. From the time of booking through our stay, Joe was on top of making sure we had what we needed. He answered any questions we had right away and even came by to restock the coffee and get the tv signed back into the many streaming services he provides. "My boyfriend and I loved our stay this past weekend. While the weather kept us from walking around more, the house is in the Hill Neighborhood and conveniently located by Tower Grove Park and Forest Park. There a tons of places to eat, parking is free and right outside the property, and the house is well maintained, clean, and spacious for two. We plan on returning and reserving this same spot!
