"I came to Terni for work, and stayed at Diamanterosso while looking for a flat. Pleasant stay in a quiet area, though close to center. Helpful and nice staff. Room has 3 spaces (sleeping room, bath and living room with kitchen). Little apartment, modern and useful, ideal both for short and longer stays. Petrol station, supermarkets and trattorie at foot distance. I highly recommend it!"

"Der Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt war sehr schön. Leider kein Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss. Der Pool und das Anwesen sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ebenso seine Familie. Wir wurden sehr mit Tipps von ihm versorgt. Wir haben uns hier einfach willkommen gefühlt."

"This apartment is beautifully renovated. Really, everything about it is perfect. It is ideally located in the Piazza del Duomo (with a nice view of the Duomo) and is very quiet. "We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"Casa Emilia is an outstanding property in the Umbrian hills close to Orvieto. We spend a wonderful two weeks' holiday in July / August 2024 as a family with two teenage boys and my parents. The view from the house and the well arranged garden is just breathtaking, the pool is wonderful and gives you that refreshment you need during the hot summer days.
