"Easy to find. Street parking was fine. Although I had confirmation of booking and a traded a couple messages with the host, I was unable to unlock the door when I arrived. Called the host who walked right over. He said he didn’t know I was coming, but the place was ready and he gave me a new code to access the property. Due to not preparing for my arrival, AC was not on but after a few hours the indoor temp was fine. Place was quiet and clean. "

Clean up was easy and it was priced well, too. A few things that could have been better: - it was unclear whether the dock was owned/part of the property, or if using it meant trespassing. - the smoker was great but struggled to consistently heat.
