"I liked being out of the main town and experiencing ordinary Tongan life, the families the community. Staying at Day Spring Lodge enabled me to do this easily. They were very friendly and took me, as a single traveller, into their space and were super welcoming. I was able to cater for my own meals, rent a car and get all the information I needed to discover the ‘real’ Tonga.
