"Beautiful location and very well furnished. We had family members coming in from Maine, NC and Brooklyn for the Thanksgiving holiday. We felt very welcomed as we walked in to beautiful home with an oversized dining table set for 12. The kitchen had an abundance of dishes and cookware. Close to the airport and major shopping centers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone planning a large gathering. "

"We wanted waterfront simply for the view and these views were excellent! Would like to thank the host for providing the snow for a "white Christmas" ;) We cooked our Christmas dinner at the property and found the kitchen and supplies to be great. The fireplace was cozy!The only negative was that there was no snow shovel or broom to clear the doorway and path, which made those areas very slippery; although the driveway got plowed after the previous nights snow.Thank you and definitely recommend...

"This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back."

"A unique little place with character! As grandparents (who can climb the stairs!) we thoroughly enjoyed our daughter and grandson visiting us throughout the day for hanging out and dinners! Very roomy first level with greatflooring for kids to play. Large kitchen for home cooked meals too! "

"The property had so many amenities not found at other VRBOs, the view was amazing, it really made our Thanksgiving special. Would highly recommend. "

"As noted above, the location and property description were great. There was an issue with the wifi though, which caused too much communication with the owner and manager. We initially were not provided the router name and there were 20 networks available. Second, the password did not work (from any of our 4 devices). "Beautiful house with a great host. Great gathering areas in the home and Beautiful kitchen. We did a dads and son weekend for our hockey trip. Was a perfect set up for us.Beautiful house on a beautiful proerty. "

"This is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p"

"We had a wonderful weekend. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for- comfortable, clean, spacious and a quick drive to downtown! We loved that off street parking was available. The house was stocked with the basics- toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. which is always appreciated! The snacks and water were so thoughtful. The kids and adults enjoyed the space! The host was also immediately available for any questions that came up. We would happily stay here again! Thanks again! "

"We wanted a house that was comfortable for our family and convenient to RIT. This home was both. It is a very clean home with a good layout and great amenities--hot tub and pool, even though it was too cold for the pool. We highly recommend the home for your trip to Rochester."

"Apartment was a great location right next to my venue. Jose was very responsive. Apartment was clean and cozy. Building and parking felt secure."

"Rented this for my daughter’s wedding party. They were very happy with the place. It was spacious and very clean. Large circular driveway. Location was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Ankit the owner, was very responsive to a few questions we have. I would highly recommend for a large group stay."

"Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. We had plenty of room to prep meals and snacks, as well as work on last-minute wedding projects. Also, loved the screen-in front porch! Wish we had...

"The owner was very accommodating, very good communication. Wonderful older farm house that is typical for the area. I would say some of the window blinds need replacing and the traffic during the day is fast but plenty of yard for our doggie to play. Overall graet place for a relaxing stay. We will be back!"
