"Nice, clean rooms in a beautiful old villa. Quiet location and close to Newcastle city center or shopping, just a few minutes by car. Very friendly hosts and staff, award winning restaurant on site and a nice garden - if the weather permits it. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend this hotel. "

"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again."

"Hi We could’nt even access the property, they gave me access code which never worked and no key pads for the codes given. Doors full of spider webs, you could see they haven’t been used in a while..We tried calling them they didn’t answer they phones. I had 4 Kids with me and had travelled 2hrs to get there and noone cared.. our weekend was ruined as we had to drive back home.. also tried calling hotels.com and again poor reception and the lady i spoke to did really understand English The...

"Property was lovely. Everything we needed for stay. Plenty plates, glasses and utensils in kitchen. Lots of room in lounge for us all. Bedrooms comfy and bathrooms lovely too with towels and nice hand wash. Would recommend to family and friends and definitely be back again soon."

Probably best to start with the fact we didn’t end up staying here, not because we didn’t want to but because firstly we couldn’t find it, the address provided didn’t match the postcode, eventually found the road but no Alexander Apartment? Tried mobile number on booking which was out if service - never received any details on how to get in (even if we’d have found it!) hotels.com we’re next to useless, also couldn’t contact the property nor could they book us anywhere near...

"We truly enjoyed this adorable cottage. It is well hidden, and not an easy walk to any eateries or stores. The only two difficult things were the distance we had to walk, pulling our suitcase to the front door. And the second was a step down into the kitchen from the living room. "Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The stay provided us with exaclty what we were looking for and due to the number of people that were able to stay in the appartmet, it was good value for money. I cannot thank AA for their levels of effective communication to provide us with the reassurance required, whenever we had an issue (which was extremely rare). We would certainly consider staying with AA again."

"EL HOTEL ESTÁ REALMENTE CERCA DEL AEROPUERTO. ATERRIZAMOS MUY TARDE (MEDIA NOCHE) Y TAN SOLO DORMIMOS Y NOS DUCHAMOS. EL HOTEL SE VEÍA UN POCO VIEJO Y EL DESAYUNO NO ERA NADA "ESPECIAL". EN LAS HABITACIONES NO HAY WIFI, SE PAGA COMO EXTRA! CUMPLIÓ CON LO QUE NECESITÁBAMOS YA QUE SOLO ESTUVIMOS UNAS HORAS. "
