"Wonderful cozy stay. We came for a family wedding in Flag Pond. The host was very accommodating & had great stories about the property & surrounding area. The homemade ice cream and cookies were bonus and greatly appreciated. For a family with 2 small children, this worked well. The outside space was very charming with the old fireplace. "Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would...

"It could be a really nice place but needs to have someone come in and do a deep clean. Evolve did refund us the cleaning fee but I would not receive this to anyone unless they decide to clean first."
