"This wonderfully located home is extremely well appointed for family groups. Everything works properly and the kitchen is amazingly stocked with all you might need in the way of appliances and dry staples. The fireplace has fire logs supplied. The back yard is a dream to see but we spent little time out in it because of the cold rain and snow. However the view of the mountains with snow on them from there is beautiful. Our hosts were immediately available when we had a question and very helpful....

"Property was perfect location, close to everything. Very well stocked to make cooking easy. Jake was super responsive, was there within a half hour to change out the grills propane tank and had someone there right away to fix the furnace ."

"The home was clean and the location was good. The layout of the house worked well for us. The overall decor of the home is also nice. A few things need some attention. The downstairs bathroom is very small and needs some fixing. I would suggest upgrading/replacing the towels in the bathrooms.(old and very used). Also, the backyard is big and very nice but it would be nice to have more seating areas back there to hang out. Overall, I would recommend this home."

"We appreciated the close proximity to Old Town. The extra-long carport was very useful as we had two vehicles and prefer off-street parking, which appeared to be in short supply in the area. Ambience and furnishings are basic, which worked in our case as we were mostly out and about. Host is very responsive."

"This is not your average VRBO. It is immaculate, stylish, spacious and comfortable! The property is large with a fantastic courtyard. There are security gates and it feels like a very private, secluded space. The decor is definitely New Mexico! Michael, the host, was helpful but not intrusive. We loved this stop! Not one complaint. Thank you for sharing!"

"I received an email confirmation, it was listed on my vrbo app, and I was charged. However, we arrived and they claimed they had not responded to me and I had no reservation. The motel is run by people from India. This place should be removed because the business isn’t actually using or checking vrbo reservations. Thank you."

"My family and i enjoyed our stay at this casita. It’s in great area on a quite street. as other reviews mention, there are other guest on property with animals but they were super friendly and got along great with my mini dachshund. Pictures matched the property and I found it to be clean and smelled great. Only issues I had was that the post listed a hot tub as an amenity but found out there is not one on site. Wasn’t a deal breaker but had been looking forward to soaking all week. I feel that...

"This rental met our expectations. Comfortable quiet and felt like we were at hime. We came to relax and spent family time and that's what happened here. Very nice and all we expect "
