"Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in deze mooie locatie net buiten Viterbo. De eigenares en haar medewerkster waren heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het huis is volledig ingericht met alles wat nodig is en het is heel goed gelegen op een groot domein met olijfbomen en wijngaard waardoor rust gegarandeerd is. Er is een groot zwembad met veel ruimte errond met vele lounge- en relaxzetels. We kunnen deze locatie warm aanbevelen. "

"A great property in a great walking city - close to everything. A great jumping off place for day trips in Lazio like Bolsena and Orvieto. Also, the Porta Romana train station is a 6 minute walk - from there you have access to all of Italy. Many excellent restaurants are within a six minute walk - there’s even a great Italian steakhouse, Lo Spito, 50 feet from the condo. The place is a real gem."

"Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questa magnifica residenza insieme a 10 amici. Il proprietario è stato da subito molto disponibile e veloce nelle comunicazioni. La posizione è pazzesca in cima alla valle dei calanchi con Civita di Bagnoregio proprio difronte. La strada per arrivare è un po’ scomoda ma vale la pena per la tranquillità che ti assicura, lontano da strade, case o negozi. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari in estate per provare la splendida piscina "

"We had a wonderful stay with our three teens. The location was excellent for day trips to Rome and for seeing the beautiful hill towns. Grocery and restaurants nearby. The beautiful house, pool and grounds provided us enough space to be together and to also find peace and quiet when we wanted! Gorgeous balcony on the upper level, very comfortable beds and bed linens, well-equipped kitchen. Owners and property manager could not have been kinder or easier to deal with. "Es ist ein schönes Landhaus mit tollem Grundstück. Die Straße dorthin ist ziehmlich holprig, aber man ist in Mitten von Melonen- und Thomatenfeldern. Leider wurden wir schon um 7:30 Uhr morgens durch die Erntearbeiten geweckt, wofür wir natürlich Verständniss hatten, war trotzdem ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Die Einrichtung ist alt und schön, allerdings könnte die Küche besser ausgestattet sein. Handstücher und Bettwäsche sind genügend vorhanden, Küchenhandtücher, Klopapier, Gewürze, Kaffee, Zucker...

It is well equipped, including (besides standard appliances) a modern barbecue and a large flat-screen TV. "Very nice house and large garden incl pool! Excellent contact, help and info from Stefania and Francesco! Big pool, bikes, table tennis, basketball hoop, bbq, pizza owen, multiple outdoor sitting/dining areas, car parking, electrical gates, etc. Wifi a bit weak and hot water for 8 persons showers needs to be distributed. But still overall a 5 star house! Thank you!"
