"This was the perfect property for our family Thanksgiving meal. The table was large enough to seat everyone so we didn’t have to split up, and it was great for games after dinner. The host was very responsive and excellent to work with. We loved everything about our stay!"

"This home gave us a perfect environment for family fun. It has multiple areas to gather and socialize. It is very clean and well decorated, so it was immediately very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with quality cookware, so much better than I’ve experienced in other rentals. The home is in a great location, easy access to many shops and restaurants. "We were in the area from MA, CT, CA for a family funeral. Not only was it fully stocked with anything we needed, and extremely comfortable; it was a home away from home and so comforted us all. We were able to gather all the family there to share memories, games and lots of healing. We all want to come back under better weather and situation conditions so we could more enjoy the outside areas."

"Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! "

"This place is super cute... once you figure out exactly where it is it's easy to find. Felt very safe. Cute little deli right around the corner. Super close to downtown -- easy uber ride to mt. Adams or the dance clubs downtown (we did both.) Whiskey tasting room downstairs... unfortunately they keep kinda tight hours so we didnt get to sample the wares. "I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect. "This location was perfect for a weekend trip. Close to restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and very clean. The patio was great but the stairs to get down to the patio were very difficult especially for someone a little older. The best part of the property is the views of down town!! Beautiful!"

Just a short drive from our favorite downtown restaurant, this charming carriage house made for the perfect retreat for the evening. The historic charm of the studio suite adds a touch of class that is memorable. Matt, our host, was wonderful, promptly responding to any questions I had regarding our stay. "The property looks to be newly renovated and very nice inside. But because of the age of the property, those stairs are super steep. And for a bunch of ladies in their late 50s early 60s it was no joke going up and down them. The only other flaw was the heat disbursement in the house. Again, because it is an old home, the third floor bedrooms got super hot. But again, it is a beautiful home! "
