"Clean, in fact very clean. Well stocked with kitchenware, bath towels and pretty much anything else you need. The property owners are welcoming and available, if you should need them. This is our second year at the property for a group of 6 friends who used to camp outdoors in the winter. This place is warm and comfortable with nice views of the woods and lake. "

"This was the perfect place for a long weekend get-away. It was super cozy with the fireplace. Great communication with the owner. The community app was not up to date with facility times, but once we picked up a newsletter, we had all the information we needed. We definitely need to come back in the summer to enjoy more of the outdoors!"

"My family had a very nice stay at this beautiful house. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We also had a every good evening at a restaurant/bar a block away called Social House 227. Everything about our stay was pleasant. No complaints. "

"This cabin is everything that you see in the pictures and more. Extremely well maintained and decorated. I have stayed at a lot VRBO's and this is by far the cleanliest. Tons of space and plenty of seating areas indoor and outdoor. "

"This place was incredible! We’ve been to Innsbrook multiple times and this is by far our favorite place to stay now! Mandy was great to work with, communication was fantastic. The fire pit with swings was so cozy, the hot tub was amazing and the beds were so soft. We will be coming back! "

"This house was very nice, and the manager was responsive, but there were a few things that were annoying. First, the basement was very cold, and the thermostat was not working, so I had to message the manager. He replied there were heaters in the rooms to use, but in the morning, my friends who stayed in a couple of the rooms said their heaters were not working, and they had to get extra blankets. Second, we wanted to play ping pong, but we couldn’t find ping pong balls anywhere. I had to...

"Overall a great stay. We enjoyed the surroundings, reconnecting without tv etc, and the nice pavilion with hot tub. However, there are a few smaller things I must point out…the insulation & heating combination in this little house is very uneven/seems inadequate. Many of the windows leaked so much cold into the house that they sweat on the inside. Water pressure is dreadful when you’re trying to shower in the cold bathroom, so takes a while to get warmed up. No coffee cups or glass cups, so...
