"Stayed in the tiny home/camper for a night, and had a wonderful experience. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They met me at the property to make sure I could find it (even though I tried on my own, thank you for lending a hand when I got a little lost!) and were very hospitable. The property is exactly as described and pictured, and it is very tidy and clean. I slept wonderfully, had a great cup of coffee while looking at the bay, and would gladly reserve this...

"I was in the area for one night for business and had my young granddaughter with me. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. Lots of apps available on the TV. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and the beach. The continental breakfast was very nicely set and had lots of variety. I plan on coming back NOT for business just so I can enjoy another stay. Highly recommend."

"This home is adorable! Tasteful beachy decor, super clean, very comfortable furnishings (you have to use the recliner!) and anything/everything you could possibly need in kitchen and bathrooms. The chilled glasses in the freezer were an unexpected but very welcome surprise and perfect for a nice cold beer out on the deck at the end of the day (pretty sunsets and great waterview) The whole setting is very peaceful. "New condo. It’s not beat up from renters yet so enjoy it while it’s impeccable! The best location on the waterfront in Colonial Beach. Walk to bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Fish off the pier in the back or enjoy the view from the balcony. Highly recommend this place! "
