"Do not book this accommodation. Communication with the host had to be initiated by me as no check-in/check-out details were supplied. The host did not take my call but rather used text message to communicate. Very basic basically saying where the key was. Accomodation was disgusting and not reflective of the price. There was rubbish left in the bin, used personal items and clothing around the property, the lawns were over-grown, dirt.other splatters on the walls, and heaps of dirt and crumbs...

"Lovely cottage on a lovely farm - tranquil and quiet. Just what we needed for a good rest after full days of soccer at the Shepparton Cup! "Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

"great communication with Fiona and Richard who also assisted with other questions. The rooms in this home are more spacious than expected in a house of this size. very clean inside and outside. neat tidy and very accessible. some small extras like a few games for adults and kids, also books, some minor pantry items and plenty of linen and towels."
