I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. "Stunning views from this mountainside property but is a long and winding drive to get there although this only takes around 15 mins from Kandy town. The rooms are in small blocks of 4 and set apart. Lovely buffet restaurant."
