Beautiful Mountain Vacation
Our family had a wonderful time staying here for our Thanksgiving gathering! There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space. The fire pit was cozy and the sun room is very beautiful!

Golf trip
We had 7 men stay at this home for our 4 day golf trip to Sky Valley. The location was great as was the golfing at the Sky Valley Golf course. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the mattresses on the beds as they were below par and many of us didn’t have great sleep.

My room was good and nice shower with large comfortable bed. House was old and could use many upgrades. Network and Password as given was incorrect. Limited Parking, no kitchen disposal, no mountain views. Apparently there was not as many private individual bedrooms as advertised. Coffee pot needs upgrade-does not keep coffee hot. Probably would look elsewhere next time. The bunk beds in my room were rickety and noisy. We, that slept in there, woke up every time somebody rolled over. Water was turned off at 10:00am on the day we checked out, even though we were given permission to checkout late. This is small, but the light over the stove did not work. I'd rate it a "3". Good - at least better - for maybe couple families - 3-4 adults, handful of kids.- kitchen understocked, including no garbage bags.- needs updating, upgrades inside and property- no view The one thing I didn’t see that is typically in these places as I recall is some bath soap (like at least the little bars of soap). I used the liquid hand soap for my shower which was fine given our short stay and just a group of guys hanging out vs. going out on the town in the evenings, LOL.

Wedding weekend
There was ample space for our large family who traveled from long distances for our son’s wedding. The guest contact, Vonnie, was pleasant and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and late departure. Shortly after arrival someone arrived to work on the WiFi. It worked for a short time but was down for the rest of our stay. The only reason this was an issue for us, was because there is no cell service there. We felt the house could have been a bit cleaner, as the floor was sticky and there were a few dead bugs in corners and around the sliding doors. The refrigerator was leaking the entire time, but after reporting it to Vonnie, she informed me that someone was supposed to have already repaired it. It was not an issue as far as using the fridge. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house was tucked into the trees. Being able to have a place that all of our family could share was wonderful and allowed us to be together as much as possible.

Perfect Family Trip
2/2-2/5, 2024. We gave our children and grandchildren a snow tubing trip for Christmas and this house was the perfect accommodation for all of us. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was easy to separate the teenagers/younger grands from the adults. The gameroom was the best hangout area and roomy enough for games and the “dance parties” that the kids enjoyed. We have zero complaints about this property. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning and we used the gas grill at night. Plenty of paper products were stocked, as well as bath towels and extra blankets, detergent, coffee, etc. The gas logs were the best! We would definitely rent this house again! The Walkers

This house was absolutely amazing. I had a large party of family and friends and this home had lots of room. My father is in a wheel chair and this home gave us lots of room to move around. I would rent this home again with no hesitation. The fireplaces and the views off the large deck were incredible. We had the most amazing weekend with family and friends.

The location and space of the property was great. The property manager excellent! I am very disappointed in the condition of the house, not matching the price we payed for the rental. Kitchen is falling apart, sliding glass doors bad condition, and the beds downstairs not comfortable. We overpaid for this rental! I will not recommend this property to others.

The property is very nice! It was very easy getting in. The property was stocked with towels and even extra tissue. It was a great house for our family to come together in. Loved the sunroom, wish the outside areas had been power washes a little but it's in the woods so it would've helped so much. Loved it would definitely visit again!

Overall we had a good stay. House is located in a great area close to the Highlands and other attractions. House size and set up is good for a large group. Our biggest issue was no internet and the TV’s ran off internet and we had 7 kids that all had electronics they wanted to play. Thank goodness for the hotspots on the phone. The foosball table wasn’t there either which was disappointing. Ceiling in the bunk room was caving in some and the mattresses on the downstairs beds were very thin and not comfortable. If those issues could be addressed it would be a great property to stay at.

Lack of Communication
I really don’t like to leave bad reviews especially if the commutation was good, however the communication was not good. We got there and had no internet so no phones worked and no way to stream anything or watch television due to an outage and I get it things happen, but nothing was communicated to us we actually saw the internet guy in the neighborhood and he told us before the property manager did the internet turned on the day before we left. The place was not cleaned well at all, left over food (half eaten pizza, candy) was around the property. I never heard from the property manager again until I emailed her requesting for compensation for the inconvenience and she told me she would speak with the owner. And nothing…. So after paying over $4000 would I recommend or revisit the property the answer is No.

Forced Family Fun
Great set up for our family of four adult children, spouse, fiancée and grand baby. We had a fun time playing games at the large dining table, Being able to bring our dogs was a bonus. Thanks for letting us stay at your house! We made some great memories!

Perfect place for relaxing with friends!
Our group of 10 friends wanted to find a place that was 1) close to the golf course, and 2) had plenty of space for when not at the course (for playing cards, watching football, grilling steaks, catching up, etc.). This home was perfect for all of our needs. The quick ride to the course took 2-3 minutes. Couldn’t have been a better choice for our stay.

Great location, beautiful house
We had a great time at our weekend stay. We had a large extended family celebration there, and there were plenty of beds for everyone. The separate living space in the basement was good for the kids…they could watch cartoons or a movie while the adults watched something else upstairs. The deck was so nice but it rained much of our weekend so we didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted. The house was remodeled beautifully. The kitchen has the basics as far as pots and pans, plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, etc. Communication with the property manager was great.

Lovely Location
This home has some real bonuses; location with water falls nearby, a pool, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The home has 3 adult bedrooms and the other beds could work for children. The layout works well both indoors and out. The outside decks were not cleaned and there were cobwebs in light fixtures. The kitchen lacked some basic equipment and the cabinets were dirty inside as was the oven. We found food bits around floor areas,. We found the trash cabinet and toilet seat broken. It was not fixed while we were there for several days though management assured us it would be fixed the day after reported.

Perfect home for large families
Everything in the posting, from house layout, check in process, location… perfect! My large family stayed and everyone managed to have their space and still be together. My father is not able to move around easily and this worked for him! Would definitely stay again.

This property is beautiful! The property manager was very kind and helpful. ANYTHING I needed she responded promptly. The community was very welcoming and made our stay even better! All of the activities we planned were close and easy to get to. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Great home in a beautiful location!
We were very pleased with the property and management. We asked to check in a day early and were accomodated with no hassle. The house is beautiful! I was very surprised by the amount of kitchen supplies. I had packed two containers with extra items such as cooking oil and cookware. I didn't even crack the lid on them! Everything we needed and more was already provided. The only reason we didn't give the listing all 5 stars was because of the renovation to the club house. Our teenagers were really looking forward to the hot tub and sauna, but because of construction, we were unable to use them. I was not aware of the construction prior to booking. I'm not sure the property manager was aware of the construction, either. We loved the large dining table where we ate and played games. The large counter in the kitchen was perfect for our Mexican food buffet. We used the washer, dryer, and dishwasher with no problems. There were laundry detergent packets available! We had already purchased some, but it was really nice to have them there in case we forgot. The area offered lots to do. We weren't able to get to everything we had on our to-do list so we will definitely have to go back!

Great House, A few unfortunate issues
Let me start with Evolve is a fantastic property management company that was incredibly responsive to our issues after our stay. That said, the house was great- except for the septic issues, no hot water in 2/4 bathrooms and a fire pit that didn’t work. All of these things, I honestly think, sprung up during our stay (I know the owners had just put in a new system, but I don’t think it worked). It was just bad luck on all parties’ parts. My contact person was very responsive while we were there, and the gentleman who came out repeatedly could not have been nicer, but nothing could be fixed. The odor in the lower level was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It was really intolerable and I truly hope this property isn’t rented out again until it’s fixed- I really don’t think they would do that. My real issue is that after our stay, when I repeatedly contacted the property manager, I was completely ignored. I think we were very good sports and kind throughout the whole process, I think a response to my emails was warranted. Thankfully, I went around her and contacted Evolve directly and they were fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend this home, but definitely make sure the septic is fixed, the hot water works in all bathrooms and the fire pit is fixed.
