"This location of the property is perfect for a visit to Asheville. One block off Biltmore ave so very close to everything but also quiet. This is a second floor unit and on the same level as the parking deck so you can enter and leave without using the stairs or elevator. This is a corner unit with a L shaped balcony. It is the largest balcony of all the units. Because it is L shaped and wraps around the corner there is always a shady side. We had neighbors with kids and we did not hear them...

"We stayed here for the week of July 4th and it was amazing! The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. It was the prefect amount of space for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. The outdoor balcony is awesome with an incredible view (we were able to watch fireworks from it on the 4th!). The parking garage worked out great (including the EV charger for our car).The location was our favorite part. We were able to walk to most everything and it was easy to pop in if we needed to...
