"We went with our children, who are 5 and 2. The family room we stayed at was big and spacious, so was the bathroom. All beds were comfortable, and they even had a cot ready for our 2yo. The children had a blast playing at the large play area while seeing the goats and alpacas. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The only downside was that, even though they have wifi, we had no signal in our room, so we could only go online (wifi or otherwise) at the restaurant and common areas."

"I absolutely loved my stay. However, on Friday evening they played the same disco song on repeat for hours and hours. I didn’t complain but surprised no one did. Still, highly recommend!"

"Nice hotel / pub close to Blandford town! Everything was perfect in the room with a mini fridge with milk, water, kettle etc for us. It was very clean, tidy, safe and very friendly whilst staying there. Only downside is it is a bit out dated need to replace the mattress as it was very old. "

"Last minute booking. Dog friendly inn. Paid £20 extra for the dog for 1 night. Nice room, restaurant has very good food. Breakfast was very good as well. Very friendly staff."

"Stayed a few nights for work . The room was very good, spacious room, massive bathroom with a coffee machine too. There are only 4 rooms for accommodation. There is a small car park at the property with room for about 6 cars. Breakfast was included and was very good , plenty to set you up for the day. "Love, love, love this inn. Amazing property in a beautiful village. Lots of great, easy walking spots. There is a bus from Dorchester station that takes you to a stop right next to the inn. YES!! Also, the food and drinks at the inn are a homerun plus. Love, love, love this place."
