The room did not match the description of what I paid for. The manager, when I checked in, was very resistant to either upgrading me to what I paid for or refunding my money.
Luckily, the person who was at the desk later on, was able to accommodate me and move my room The following day. Before I moved to a The following day. Before I moved to a new room, there was loud banging on the other side of my bathroom. It sounded like the wall was going to break.
Unfortunately, once I was moved,
the new room had a toilet issue so it kept sounding like it was running and flushing all day. They had to come and turn it off. It’s like they moved me from one Inadequate room To another.
Outside of the road manager, the rest of the staff was very nice and very kind. They really wanted to help and I appreciate that.
The breakfast buffet was delicious And the pool was very peaceful to sit for the day.
Lastly, there is no elevator so they do have staff on standby to bring bags up and down the stairs. When my ride was called, no one was available and it took almost 15 minutes for someone to bring my bags down. Luckily, the driver didn’t mind waiting, but they could stand to work on that a bit.
