"We have stayed at this hotel many times and keep on returning, which is the best recommendation we can give. The reception staff is always alert and willing to help. There are few "down issues" one being a chronic problem trying to turn off lights over the bed. It is an electric wiring defect. Again, reception staff are ready to help. I have not stayed at many hotels in Varna, but will return to the Golden Tulip when the time comes"

"Hotel clásico venido a menos por falta de mantenimiento y de inversión. La entrada y los pasillos desprenden un cierto encanto, pero las habitaciones están desfasadas. La cama se hunde, debe ser tan antigua como el hotel, y el baño necesita una remodelación urgente. Tampoco tiene spa en funcionamiento como lo tuvo tiempos atrás. En definitiva le sobran los adjetivos de “grand hotel”. "

Buen lugar

"Excelente atención me facilitaron el early check in, aunque mi esposo había sido el que llamó un día antes para preguntar y le habían dicho que no había problema pero la nueva señorita del día en que llegue al parecer no le dejaron nota entonces estaba extrañada por la petición. Pero al final lo consedieron y estoy agradecida después de un viaje de 20 horas necesitaba el cuarto urgentemente! Todo limpio , no había ruido. Solo la cama era muy dura y el cuarto un tanto oscuro sería bueno una renovada en colores para que se note más luz en los cuartos! Todo perfecto, buena localización! Gracias"
