"We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

"We loved the location, amenities, and layout of the home. Cookware and appliances were excellent and beds were comfy. Pool and jacuzzi were a bit difficult to operate but Darlene tried her best to help. Screened in porch and tropical plants around the exterior were beautiful. TVs in each room made sure that everyone could have downtime as needed. Thanks for the great stay "

"We loved the house and the location. There was plenty of space/beds making it a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great! I had difficulty getting a hold of the management company. And there was a bag of trash left in the kitchen and not enough toilet paper. Other than those minuscule things, I highly recommend staying here. It was lovely. "

"My stay at 423 Pine was great! I had excellent communication with the host, and she was so friendly. It was just me and my pup for most of the week, and my parents joint us for the weekend. The cottage was the perfect size for us. Location is convenient to all SSI has to offer, and especially to where I needed to be that week. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again if my travels bring me to SSI in the future."

"It was my birthday celebration, and we had hired a chef to come in to cook for us. We literally had to wash all of the dishes because even cups had dried coffee in the bottom and put up as clean. we were appalled at the biological stains on one of the mattresses when we stripped the bed at the end of our stay, good thing we didn’t know about it before.. the location was excellent, we had friends and family renting other nearby places, but our location was the favorite. "We ended up with five women all going to a convention on Jekyll Island. We stayed on St Simons because they have better restaurants and amenities. This house was perfect for us. "The house was PERFECT! The layout of the house afforded 2 families to stay here with lots of places to enjoy the beautiful ocean front views while also watching SEC football on Saturday.
