"The hotel is great in terms of design but too messy and poorly managed. The information desk does not speak english enough and they are not really helpful. Because of the rooftop being for external tourist, the pool closes too early and is always super noisy with loud music. Not a relaxing hotel at all. Also, they make up rules as they go. "We stayed during a slightly quiet period (second week of Jan during the weekday) so got upgraded to a slightly larger room. It was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. There was an outdoor bath tub facing the view of the ocean and water park. Couldn't fault the rooms, only minor irritation was the king bed that has been put together with two twins and they use that padding to hold it together, so there's this feeling of a split in the middle.
