"The property is beautiful and the inside looks nice but that’s where the positive ends. Upon arrival at 4:00 we could not enter because there was a cleaner there still cleaning. Upon entry, a half hour later, the floors were soaking wet and slippery. The garbages were not empty in the bathrooms. The bedding was not freshly laundered. "The dock being located a very short walk away was a bit of an inconvenience but the spot was nice. Never used the hot tub…was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. However host addressed right away and sent a cleaner the next day. It took 2 days for the water in the tub to heat back up and another day to clear. We decided not to use it. But it dod become very clean. All in all a nice place for the price and so easy to get to."

"We had to postpone our trip due to a COVID case, and the owner was extremely helpful and flexible with helping us get rebooked. We also had some questions throughout the stay and communication was always prompt and friendly. The itself property was very clean, cozy, and well heated (we went in November). "Amazing location between Bobcaygeon and Fenelon falls (a little closer to Bobcaygeon) on a quiet road. It was amazing the home came with lots of water craft fun eg canoe, pedal boat and kayaks.. The water isn’t too deep at the docks which made it perfect for the little ones to walk around in and with a total of six kids under the ages of 8 and 6 adults there was no shortage of room for everyone."
