"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

"The property was great and communication was good. The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it. Getting the deposit back was not any easier than paying it. If you don’t already live in the UK, I highly recommend not booking this property. It is not worth the effort even though it is a...

"Family of 4, girls enjoyed the spa whilst the boys went swimming. Could do with a few more options but I believe there's plans to extend the spa area in the near future. Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. "

"Fuimos dos dias a conocer Belfast, el hotel está un poco alejado del centro pero se llega en 30’ andando y está frente al Museo del Titanic, siendo en su bar donde se proyectó la embarcación, suma. Es inaceptable la habitación pequeña y donde no se podía abrir las cortinas sin que te vieran de afuera, en especial a un pasillo del mismo establecimiento lo que nos obligó a estar a oscuras con la poca luz que había encendida todo el tiempo.
