"Room and bed are clean. Recommend the following for serious consideration: 1. Improve room ventilation 2. Add an insect screen to the window 3. Reduce audible pump or washing noise from 3:30 AM 4. Reduce gurgling noise from pipe and/or the split system 5. Replace tap valves"
