Very friendly, water/sparkling water, fresh fruit, coffee and snacks available for free. Free laundry room as well. Modern/young vibe here. Careful if you get an interior room as there is no airflow and temps can get very high. Our room was 86+ degrees even at night. Staff kindly relocated us to a new room with a window and it was life changing. Would recommend this place!

Great Staff, But Room Was Unbearably Hot The hotel staff were wonderful—very friendly, responsive, and genuinely empathetic. The room was clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel has no air conditioning, and the interior rooms have no windows that can be opened, so there was no way to cool the room. Despite the staff providing fans, the room was extremely hot—more like a sauna than a hotel room. We ended up checking out just a few hours after arriving because there was no way we could sleep in those conditions. The staff kindly gave us a 50% refund, which we appreciated, but given that we didn’t even spend the night, a full refund would have been more appropriate. That said, we don’t blame the staff—they were excellent and clearly aware and empathetic of the issue. In our opinion, the interior rooms should not be offered to guests at all. Tip for future travelers: Avoid the interior rooms altogether.

I should have read the reviews before staying here. No air conditioning in the room and only one fan to cool an almost 40 degrees Celsius room. Location is excellent and in the middle of the action but didn’t expect the action to be right downstairs with loud live music until 2-3am on weekdays. Stay away from it specially on summer and if you want a nice sleep.

We had a great two-night stay here in a triple room. The staff was helpful and very friendly, and the room was very clean. You can hear people walking in the hallway, but it is not any louder than any other hotel. I don’t believe there is any AC in the rooms, so they leave windows open and have a fan in the room. Our stay was in July, and we had no problem staying cool.

Location right in the heart of temple bar action. This was little more than a hostel. Tiny rooms and the most uncomfortable mattress ever. Lucky there was a pharmacy close by to get something for my back pain.

Look - the heat in the place is actually intolerable I have never been so uncomfortable in my life, checked out as fast as I could - the sunny weather does not account for the furnace that was our room - the sweat was literally pouring off me and I’m a girl that sleeps with an electic blanket on all year round - this was absolute torture

In the right area of the city, close to all the pubs and sights. Room was a bit hot without AC, but the free water and fruit each day was a nice touch.

The location was ideal in central Dublin. Close to Temple Bar, Trinity College and St Stephen’s Green. The staff were friendly and provided us with some suggestions for our tour around Ireland. The room was clean along with the bathroom, however, it was quite warm as there was no air conditioning. They supplied a static fan. Lovely location

The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room clean. But whoever configured this hotel had no head for practicalities. Room is so small you can't make the bed. Sheets can't be tucked in and even though there was a window in my room it would only open an inch or two so it was stuffy and warm with fan running constantly. The bed had only a duvet and it was too warm to use. But there was free coffee and cookies, a convenient washer and dryer so I hate to give it a bad review. The location was great but noisy.

In a great location, great room WITH a TV. Which apparently is rare in Ireland. Loved it! BUT. Our hotel room was HOT. Like sauna hot with no relief. No window to open, no air conditioning unit. I called the front desk and they brought us an additional fan, but all that did was blow hot air around. I even took an ice cold shower to survive the night. And we weren’t the only room this happened to, we heard others in the hallway talking about it as well. To the RezZ, PLEASE UPGRADE AND GET AIR CONDITIONING.
