"This was a fantastic property for two couples looking for a long weekend getaway. The location was fantastic - easy drive to Marathon, walking distance to Hawks Cay’s public restaurant and marina, private access to the canal. The private pool was big enough for four adults to cool off from the Florida sun and humidity. A great stay!"

"Beautiful, wonderful, perfect little beach house. We enjoyed our time fully. The home was well-appointed, comfortable, CLEAN, and very serene. We would absolutely stay here again! Our only suggestions: please provide garbage bags, laundry detergent, and additional baking pans. :) this would make things a bit easier on a family who utilizes the kitchen and laundry. Overall tho, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend."

"The property is right on a beach, although the beach is not great. Small and it was muddy and weedy when we were there, but it might have been due to the waves. The bungalow was clean and spacious. The only draw back is that the bathrooms are located upstairs and you have to climb circular stairs."

"We enjoyed our stay at Coral Lagoon #12. The property was everything advertised. The townhome had comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and a nice kitchen with all the right pots and pans. We were able to keep the boat we rented right in front of the condo at no extra charge. There were good places to eat near by and it was a short drive to Key West. All in all a good trip."

"The place it’s amazing… but they need to pay more attention to maintenance, for example, in one of the bedrooms the light wasn’t working and we called in, and they send someone but they didn’t fix it, and in the bathroom there was no body wash and the hair dryer didn't work."
