New Years Stay

We needed a place to stay where we could bring our dog and have enough room for our mother in law as well. This place fit the bill. 3 full bedrooms and 2 full baths. Perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for anything we needed. The fenced in yard was perfect for letting the dog run and the hot tub

Lovely little rental property

Three of us stayed here for a weekend in Duluth and had a nice time! The house was clean and well stocked. We appreciated having individual rooms to spread out and relax during our stay. The hot tub was a nice addition and gave us a cozy spot to unwind in the evenings. Check-in was easy, and dedicated off street parking was a plus. It was a comfortable and convenient place for a short getaway!

Bday get away

This property gave myself and my family plenty of room to be together to celebrate 2 bdays and an engagement, that happened while in Duluth. It also gave us enough room for quiet and privacy when desired. The house is welcoming and full of good vibes. It is only about 7 mins away from Canal Park and there is a grocery store very near by for anything you may have forgotten. I would recommend this house to someone asking for a location to stay.

Wonderful stay in Duluth!

Amazing property, plenty of stock in the home (towels, pans, baby items, toiletries) The hot tub was ALWAYS 104-105* even when it was 20* outside. The grill worked, the fire pit served its purpose. Overall a great property. If you’re coming to Duluth, look no further.

Everything was great but following are some recommendations (not enough towels in restrooms. No fitted sheets on beds so the bottom sheet moved around and out of place. The highchair was inadequate to utilize for my 9 mo old grandchild (unstable and flimsy).

Lovely stay

The house was perfect for a midweek stay in Duluth. Nicely appointed--everything we needed was there. Easy to drive to the things we were in town for, nice and quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly was a huge plus and everyone was very comfortable.

Duluth family wedding

The house was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy my nephews wedding, and then do some sightseeing in the area. The hot tub was amazing at the end of the day to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend this house!!

Great for family of 4

The location and space made it a great spot for our vacation. We were close enough to everything that we could go out and explore but still come back for food and nap times for our kids. Saved money by not going out to eat and making our own meals. Relaxing in the hot tub was just a bonus at the end of each day.

Excellent location and hiuse

Property as advertised. Very clean and well stocked with necessities. Upstairs bathroom sink was clogged and owners immediately addressed and corrected the problem. Great house for families. Would definitely stay there again.

Visiting long distance family

My family had a great time staying at this home! It is beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we would need. My children, ages 3, 6 & 8, all loved the matching and colorful kids dishes - that was a fun added touch for them! This home had everything we needed including, most importantly, the hot tub! We booked this stay for that reason. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Sam took his time on the phone with me suggesting places that would be good for my family to visit during our stay, I really appreciated that! I would absolutely stay again!

The home was clean and well appointed. It should be pointed out that the 7th bed is the couch in the living area, which was a surprise as it wasn't explicitly mentioned in the description. Overall, a nice stay.

Spent our one year marriage anniversary!!

Stayed here in beginning of October and fell in love with it more and more everyday!! Beautiful house inside and out!! The hot tub was a big plus, especially when it snowed for the first time this year and we enjoyed our last day hot tubbing
