"Great family vacation. The property is perfect for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Ben is attentive and very responsive when something comes up. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay but the pool was so much fun for all. "

"The entire process was SO easy, my first Vrbo! Reaching the host was easy, always got a quick reply and a simple answer for my questions. Im not sure Ive EVER stayed some place as perfect (for my boyfriend and I) as 200 Berlin Rd. We will 100% stay here again, if available on our next trip. "Had a great time, house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The location and decks right on the water cant be beat! Would recommend to others and stay again! "Overall, great place to call home for the week. Well stocked house. Interior is nice and clean. Good location for getting everywhere we needed quickly. Good communication with the owner. The exterior needs some work. The description listed 2 full bathrooms but there was 1 full bathroom and one 1/2 bathroom. Main tv couldn’t be used because it couldn’t be plugged in but we only wanted to use it once so not a big deal. Would stay here again if available."
